01 — About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Trevana, 14 Bedford Street, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9HE, United Kingdom. By booking a tour with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept these terms on behalf of every traveler in your party.

02 — Booking & Payment

A booking becomes confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team. To secure your place, a deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay; all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers.

03 — Prices & Inclusions

All prices are listed per person and include the services described in the "What's Included" section of each tour page. Anything not expressly listed — such as international flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses — is excluded. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if a price error affects your booking, you will be offered the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling with a full refund.

04 — Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before departure and receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days before departure receive a 50% refund of the total tour price. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@trevana.com; the cancellation date is the date we receive your notice.

If Trevana cancels a departure for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to an alternative date — the choice is yours. Where possible, we will notify you of any cancellation at least 21 days before departure.

05 — Changes & Transfers

Date changes are free of charge up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability. You may also transfer your booking to another traveler free of charge up to 7 days before departure by providing their full details in writing. We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries — such as the order of activities or accommodation of equivalent standard — where circumstances require; significant changes will always be communicated in advance.

06 — Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport, any required visas, and adequate travel insurance for the duration of your tour. You must also ensure that you meet the physical requirements described on the tour page. Trevana reserves the right to refuse participation, without refund, to any traveler whose behavior endangers the safety or enjoyment of the group.

07 — Liability

Trevana acts with reasonable skill and care in arranging and operating its tours. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price of your booking.

08 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
